Store Policy


Please be aware that all items are Special ordered, and imported. This means that on average every order requires an estimated 3-4 months before delivery can occur. Exceptions can be made for Items that are already in stock, however any custom order placed will be subject this time frame. 


Buyer Accepts these terms and conditions hereto or included in or attached to French Furniture Orlando, LLC's
proposals/final quotes as the entire agreement that exists between client and seller with respect to each specific purchase order. 

Order Cancellation Policy

As items are made to order, they cannot be changed, returned or cancelled, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 


No merchandise will be accepted for return, exchange, credit or repair.


All expressed and anticipated delivery dates are purely "good faith estimates" on our part and are subject to revision.


Please remember that each piece of furniture is finished by hand with artistically applied colorants and glazes on an individual basis. The material has variations in grain, color, tone, feel and weight. Therefore, natural variations in these characteristics are unavoidable and will add value to your purchase. Every attempt is made to match our standard finishes but slight variations will occur in grain, color, tone, feel, and distressing. We will not accept customers' requests for refinishing an item without charge. If you are ordering items to be matched to a previous order, we suggest that you send us a piece of the existing furniture to match the finish. Custom finishes are available and will carry an additional charge that varies depending on the finish complexity and size of the item. Please submit a sample of your custom finish for a price quote. Typographical errors and misprints in our documents are likely to occur for which we are not responsible. 


Client shall pay all local, state and/or federal taxes applicable in the purchase of products from French Furniture Orlando, LLC. The prices quoted are subject to any additions necessary to cover federal, state and local taxes or import duties applicable to the product or services described, or applicable to the production, distribution or delivery which shall be paid by client. 


Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only, based on current production schedules at the time of the order and are subject to change. Production cannot begin and lead times can not be calculated until the acceptance of the order. Acceptance of the order includes: receipt of the required deposit, payment in full, confirmation of any changes, modifications or approvals to the original order. French Furniture Orlando, LLC shall not be held responsible for any delays in production. French Furniture Orlando, LLC shall bot be liable for any costs related to late deliveries. 

Shipping Charges/ Taxes

Shipping charges are not included in the order total at the time of purchase. Delivery/shipping estimates are good faith estimates only and are subject to change at any time. Please contact a French Furniture Orlando, LLC. for an estimate to the "SHIP TO" address. Florida residents must pay sales tax on all orders. Other items such as customs duty charge, and other fees and taxes may apply for international addresses as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

Delivery & Installation 

The customer is responsible for verifying building access and all entry measurements. Measure all entryways, stairways and/or elevators to be sure that your furniture will fit through them upon delivery. French Furniture Orlando, LLC. is not responsible for errors in calculating measurements of building access or entryways. Extra charges will be assessed by the delivery company for walk ups, and extra time is needed for unusual circumstances, re-deliveries, etc. inspect all merchandise upon delivery. While drivers are still there, please call with any concerns or questions and remember to record the problem on the driver's ticket. Once the furniture leaves French Furniture Orlando's studio it is client's responsibility to oversee proper shipment and delivery. All French Furniture Orlando custom furniture pieces are inspected prior to release. 

Product Acceptance

All furniture is ordered custom made and cannot be returned. CLIENT SHOULD INSPECT THE PRODUCTS  UPON AND PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, CUTTING, DRILLING, OR FABRICATING. While drivers are still there, please INFORM FRENCH FURNITURE ORLANDO, LLC OF ANY CONCERNS, QUESTIONS, or PRODUCT DAMAGES AND REMEMBER TO RECORD THE PROBLEM ON THE DRIVER'S TICKET. FAILURE TO DO SO AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT IN ITS DELIVERED CONDITION WILL EXEMPT SHIPPER FROM PRODUCT LIABILITY. If you have a concern, problem, or there are PRODUCT ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, we will work with you to correct it. French Furniture Orlando, LLC reserves the right to determine the best possible solution for any problems that may arise. 


Layaway payments must be made every 30 days. Final payment due within 12 months. Layaway accounts allow our customers to guarantee the price of ordered merchandise. French Furniture Orlando, LLC does not represent to hold the merchandise at the sale location once the account is opened, but will guarantee the price. We request a minimum of four weeks notice after final payment has been made, prior to pick-up, or delivery of your merchandise, to ensure your order is in stock. Delivery upon final payment is an estimated time of 16 weeks. No refunds are issued after from the initial layaway payment. Merchandise will not be removed from active inventory until the final payment on that specific sale has been made. All sales are final.
