Where is the furniture from?
Most of our items including furniture and accessories are imported directly from multiple different vendors in Italy. The gold on all of our Italian products are certified 24-Karat Gold Leaf or Gold Plating. All French styles including sofa sets, french tables, and in particular the Delphine bedroom are imported from Mexico to provide a more affordable price to our customers. Each French piece is fully customizable, uses only the best Italian fabrics, and comes with a 10 Year warranty on the frame only. Do you have physical stores?
Yes we do! We currently have 3 locations in Orlando, Florida which are listed at the bottom of the website home page, as well as on the contact us page.
How long does it take to get my furniture?
Every order is custom made and therefore requires an estimated 2 months for production, and an additional 2 months for shipping. The 3-4 month estimate is subject to change based on weather conditions, customs, and all other unforeseeable events. In the event that your item arrives earlier we will reach out to notify you and establish a shipping date.
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes! We at French Furniture offer worldwide shipping to any location. Shipping prices are subject to change based on taxes and import costs for different countries. If you are interested in getting items shipped to you internationally, please call 407-270-1111 for an accurate quote.
What is your refund policy?
Because every item is customized and made to order, sadly we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the order has been placed. If you've made an order and wish to change it or modify it, we'll try our best to accommodate you. Please call 407-270-1111 and a customer service representative will have options for you.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We at French Furniture Orlando take pride in our ability to deliver quality furniture anywhere. If for some reason you find that an item has arrived damaged, please take photos of the item and notify your delivery driver. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged item's after they enter your home so please do all inspections with the delivery driver present and send all relevant info to email@example.com.
